It depends on a couple of things. The more detailed your briefs are the less we ask and work faster. Once we get back to you with an update, we expect you to review it and submit your feedback as soon as possible to make use of the time. So in other words, if you are proactive and detail your requests we can achieve a lot within one month.
You simply record a Loom video and add it to your Monday board. We take and deliver the requests one by one from your board. Don't worry we will take you through the whole process in the onboarding day.
Yes, you can pause the service 2 times within a month and 5 times in total. We do not want to complicate things, if you need to pause too many times, just cancel and re-subscribe when you have consolidated more design needs.
You can request unlimited changes and we will work until you are happy with the designs. As we also invest time, and time can not be reissued, there are no refunds.
This is a rare situation but if it happens just submit your review, tell us what you do not like, we will work until what you have dreamed of.
No, you can add as many requests as you'd like to your backlog. Just remember we will work on them one at a time (or two at a time if you have the Enterprise subscription).
We do not have project status meetings. State of the art is visible anytime on Monday.
